Owner is a super chill guy. Not pretentious at all and very approachable. Helped me pick an overdrive pedal and even demo’d for me on different amps and guitars. I will be going here for all my guitar accessories and hopefully a new guitar someday soon

Got my vintage acoustic repaired here and I could not have picked a better shop. Chris is professional, friendly, and will put a ton of care into your guitar and get it done quicker than most shops! Affordable too

I purchased a Safari bass from DiPinto back in October 2022. It sounds great, and it’s a joy to play, however, I noticed some fret buzz once the weather got warmer. I took it into the shop and they adjusted the truss rod on the spot, free of charge! The folks working there are a breeze to do business and chat with, and there’s always a reasonable turnaround time for modifications/repairs. I’ve been making music in the Philadelphia area for years, and when it comes to getting your guitar serviced, there’s no comparison between a place like DiPinto and a GC or a Sam Ash. The folks at DiPinto love what they do, and it shows in the quality of their work and the character of their customer service. You’re in good hands here!

Took a stingray 5 that’s been in a case for almost 15 years for a tune up and they did an AMAZING job. It sounds and looks so so good. And a really great price too. Thanks!!

service was phenomenal, staff was excellent which was a added bonus especially since i don’t know much about guitars. but took my strat for a broken switch box replacement which has been broken since i brought the guitar so i never had a chance to hear its potential. so they swapped out the defective box added some new strings and i’m guessing did some tuning because the guitar sounds amazing, i just plug and played, started strumming the few chords i kinda know together and instantly thought i was Frusciante, that’s how good a job these guys did! this place gets all my future business! and i’m already convincing myself i need one of those pedal thingy’s lol!

This is one of my favorite places to go when I’m in the mood to look at instruments and talk music. The guitar work here is top notch. I have taken borderline unplayable instruments here and gotten them back in stellar condition. The in-house guitar line is my absolute favorite. They are beautiful and play like a dream. I can’t recommend it enough.

Simply the best guitar shop around. Chris DiPinto himself installed a new nut and setup my acoustic guitar for such a fair price. Just a down to Earth place staffed by true music guys. Can't recommend enough ..

Very knowledgable and helpful staff. Excellent shop with an eclectic selection of guitars, basses and amps. The DiPinto guitars are beautiful and can be customized for any need. I visited several shops while in Philadelphia for a weekend. This was by far the best one. Highly recommend.
